MACRAME DIY: How to change colours and finish off macrame ends | Vertical double half hitch knot

I’ve never done this type of macrame before, but it’s absolutely lovely! I’m a crocheter, and taking care of the yarn ends as I go is the only way they will get hidden & the project finished. You’ve made me want to try this type of macrame once I finish the wall hanging/curtain that I’m making for my canopy bed. How do you secure the last string on the last row?

I use a needle to secure that one and thread it through the nearest 2 loops. Hope that helps🙂
